Introduction

Sexual harassment is not a trivial matte; it is a form of violence and an abuse of power.

As the first Chinese-based community organization in Malaysia to establish a Code of Prevention and Protection Against Sexual Harassment, KLSCAH Youth aims to set a new benchmark for our community and encourage more organizations to join the movement for change.

This Code is not merely an internal policy, but a starting point for a social movement: one that seeks to create a more inclusive, caring, and respectful culture within the Chinese community.
